When will I receive the report?
Your confirmation will state the expected delivery time. The client portal will provide the web report and required PDF documentation.
How do agreements and payments work?
After booking, you receive a secure link to review and sign the agreement and complete payment.
What additional services are available?
Available services include pool inspections, landscape irrigation inspections, phase inspections, 11-month warranty inspections, pre-listing inspections, and non-engineering slab elevation reports. Wood-destroying insect inspections are coordinated through a properly licensed independent partner.
